A typed view of 0x107a::irc27::Irc27Metadata (usually nested inside an [Nft]).

The royalties, attributes, and non_standard_fields VecMap fields are not yet exposed across the FFI boundary — consumers that need them can decode the inner type from BCS in Rust.
